Some days, it can be difficult to come up with new and interesting ways to communicate our client messages.
But if you think we have it tough, think of what Ann and Nancy Wilson of Heart faced: perform the most covered song in rock and roll history - Led Zeppelin's Stairway to Heaven - and perform it for the actual band members of Led Zeppelin.
They did it at the Kennedy Center Honors.
Their amazing rendition brought Robert Plant, the lead singer of Led Zeppelin, to tears. The reactions of Jimmy Page and John Paul Jones are also fascinating to watch.
Proof that there is always a way to think about approaching a solution from a new angle.

No doubt his emotion was fueled by the performance of the drummer, who is the son of LZ's late drummer.
